At Nipun Ayurveda, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased under clearance or special discounts
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details along with clear images of the product
- Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer
5. Replacement Policy
- We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or defective items
- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product)
